It’s been a while that some stuff has been going ’round in my head.
Things like what direction do I like to take as a producer and how can I look back and be satisfied of my (earlier) work.

Days went by, bad and messed up feelings tortured me. Musical influences and several streams in the electronic section of music, all kinds,  didn’t make things easier. Wondering what’s the best solution and how to focus on the next steps (releases), I’ve come to a conclusion/decision.

I’ve been producing several kinds of styles so far but things got a little messy.
From detroit to even some darker minimal character. I’m still standing 100% after each track that has been released but nowadays I’m getting the vibe back from earlier days, when parties like Kozzmozz  in the Kuipke in Ghent were legendary.

So, I’ve decided to focus my production, as the producer called Mr. Mau, again on the real stuff that I fell in love with, things what I call techno. Deep stuff, trippy and even hypnotic techno for the floor with intelligent drums and percussion.

I’m still remaining a fan of several genres, but if it comes to my own releases under the name Mr. Mau, I really need to focus and get my stuff back on track.
